I worked here for almost a year my 1st year out of high school. The director is sneaky and tries to find ways around DCFS regulations whenever possible. They don't care about if their staff is teacher qualified or not. And the director is friends with the DCFS person in charge of their center. I called anomyously to DCFS to tell them to look into the classroom ratios and teacher quialified people in each room. The day the man from DCFS came to check up things, as soon as he was pulling in the parking lot, the assistant director came running into my room and pulled 5 kids out of their cots and brought them back into the room for their age group even though I had them in my room every day for 6 months - making me WAY out of ratio! The man came into my room, asked me how many I had and if I was teacher qualified. I told him what had just happened because he saw the 5 empty cots I had refused to put away on the floor. He said "OH" and then asked me if I was teacher qualified. I to
