We own a home that we rent out in the Charlotte, NC area. We chose not to use a property manager and are managing it ourselves from out of state. When our tenants called to tell us that they had noticed some mold spots on the kitchen cabinets we started researching mold remediation companies in the Charlotte area right away. Being that we are out of state, we needed a reliable company that would be willing to work with not only us via phone but also our tenants.
