As an owner of three dogs, I don't believe my carpets have ever really been clean. I've used a different carpet cleaning company in the past and they did an okay job, but a friend referred me to Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services so I decided to give them a call! I am more than impressed with their ability to remove pet stains! They also took the extra step and repaired a patch of carpet that my one dog had damaged! My carpets look new and smell clean! I will absolutely be using Charlotte Carpet Cleaning in the future!
