Review content:
I went there last year because try could get me and my husband in when we needed...initial experience was great. This year had been HORRIBLE. I had an appointment scheduled the day a big storm came through in early July, knocking out power in many areas throughout Columbus and knocking down power lines in Pickerington, causing a huge traffic jam. After being stuck on I70 for over 2 hours of trying to get to my appointment I had to call and reschedule my appointment....earliest opening was a month later. The week of that appointment I was sick/contagious so I called to reschedule so I wouldn't get anyone else sick. The office staff was so rude and flat out refused to reschedule me becausebInwas forced to "cancel" the July appointment.. I had to threaten to find another doctor, etc. before they would give me an appointment....a month and a half later!! I called today to confirm my prescription because if headaches/blurred vision and was informed that I ha cancelled my appointment toward the end of next month-which I most certainly had not! Now they can't get me in until the second week in October?! I'm going back to Southwest Eyecare in Grove City...at least the service there is worth the drive!
