Review content:
During the multi-point inspection, I was told that the washer fluid was low and had been filled. The next morning, the low fluid indicator lit up. I don't care that I didn't get the fluid, what I care about is that they said they did it when they clearly did not. Did they just lie, or did they know it needed filled and forgot to do it but still checked on the service report that they did it? I don't know but ti really doesn't matter. The washer fluid is not the issue. The issue is that the report indicated that they performed a service that they obviously did not do. How do I trust that more important services that are checked off on the report have actually been completed?
