Arsen is very good at what he does. I had talked with several inmigration attorneys before and after talking with Arsen the first time I knew he was the one to help me. He was very attentive to the concerns I had and was/is always very prompt at returning calls and emails. It seems that no matter how trivial the question may be he always displays great concern. I highly recommend him and give him five stars and two thumbs up. Thanks for all your help.
