Mike was very nice to work with. He called back immediately, he checked on the part, made arrangements around my schedule, and fixed my phone like new. I gave his card to a computer company that I work with and recommended him over the company they had been referring. I will go back to Mike w/ all my iPhone and iPad issues and will not hesitate to refer him.
