The girl that helped me out was very nice, HOWEVER, the older, ogre looking woman in the back micro managing her every move was AWFUL. The lovely girl that helped me was obviously new and forgot to ask me to sign the receipt, no big deal, and as I was about to go, the ogre screams at her, "what do you mean thank you?! she has to sign!" SO DAMN RUDE. SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
