Review content:
I have been using Tim for about 8 years on the small apartment building I manage. When an apartment vacates, I call Tim. We are down a hillside covered in ivy and we had the first floor apartments tiled rather than carpeted so so no flooding occurred in heavy rains. So, I don't use Tim as often as I used to but I have never had a complaint about him. Even was the carpet looked hopeless, he manages to get it clean!
