I have been with Bay Area Womens care for 15+ yrs. I'm sad to say I'm leaving! The office is a mess. I used them for my first child. I couldn't get through on the phone for 3 days! I had to drive to the office to make an appointment. I was 7 months pregnant and found this troublesome. They also told me my strep B was negative when in fact it wasn't. Many of the staff have left. This makes me a bit suspicious. I used to see a wonderful ARNP, but she's gone too. Dr. St. John delivered my Son. She was amazing, but I don't think her great care can't make up for such a poorly run office.
