Review content:
Up until my last service experience at Murdock Hyundai I have been happy with them. The last time I went in for service I went in to get my tires checked, an oil change, and help in identifying a noise my car was making. They did the oil change. Then informed me that my tires were not covered under warranty even though I put 20000 miles on a 45000 mile tire I got from them and they were completely bald. He then told me that if I could wait a couple of weeks they would have tires on sale. He never told me a price of new tires. My wife went in to pick up the car and was told the tires were too bald to drive on and they should not let her leave on them. He then told her I would not authorize the purchase of new tires. My wife informed him she heard our conversation and never heard an amount discussed he then called me a liar and that he told me an amount. After several minutes of talking to him my wife ended up leaving in tears. I have always told people how much I liked my experiences at Murdock but after this last experience where a person can send my wife away in tears and tell her I am a liar, I don't know how I can return.
