Review content:
First of all, the installers with AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring said they would come at noon, but didn't show up until 3:00pm. I was not living in the location at the time, so another contractor was supposed to meet with the installers to discuss layout. Because AJ Carpets showed up late, the contractor had already left and the opportunity was missed.
Also, they need to work on quality control. The carpet they ended up putting in for me has some defects already.
