I have been going here for years. I first found Richards through a recommendation from Subaru as one of the few (maybe the only at that time) places in town where I could get a genuine Subaru oil filter. I did my own basic maintenance at the time. After meeting Warren to buy the oil filter I knew he would be the person to take care of my car when the time came to bring it in. Now he takes care of everything.
I feel comfortable dropping my car or truck off and can trust any recommendation they have. It can sometimes be a busy place, but just because they are good at what they do.
The entire staff has always treated me and my car with the utmost respect. Thank you for that.
This is the only place I would send my friends in town.
