Review content:
I found Pat's by necessity a few years ago when I needed to find the closest place to my college. I had only ever been to one mechanic since I had been driving and was nervous but I was treated extraordinarily well. I visited once or twice more before this time and I didn't hesitate who to call when my car acted up. It turned out to be a whole lot more expensive that I was anticipating but Scotty was sure to explain everything to me and was patient with my questions. In the end, they were able to save me a whole bundle of money that they didn't have to based on the estimated cost. I never felt swindled or unsure that I would receive the best treatment. In fact, friends will say they don't trust small shops because they don't have set rates. I feel the opposite - the 'dirtier' the office - the more they are working for me and not their own personal gain. I have already sung their praise at work and will continue to do so. I always feel like a valued customer there rather than a number or a bill.
