Devlin, you're great and your work is excellent. However, maybe you shouldn't make appts for oil changes, just say, come by at x;xx o'clock and we should be able to get you in and out fairly quickly. Over and hour and a half to get a simple oil change that you scheduled me for 2:00 (an exact itme) is a little excessive. i wouldn't complain if this was the first time this has happened, but it's not. Next time i'll schedule for first thing in the morning and hopefully improve my odds and getting in and out in under 45 minutes.
