Businiess name:  Labella Salon - Aveda

Review content:
Though I personally will not be returning to this salon, Jackie is an okay professional. She did not give me what I asked for, she went in her own direction. Two weeks after my appointment I had to go to another salon to get my hair right. Ladies beware: the shop doubles as a day-care for her unemployed & socially-stunted son; I witnessed an unfortunate encounter for the customer in front of me who had to absorb his ignorant political rants (the poor thing doesn't get that women go to salons to get away from yappy narcisistic men-like him). My suggestion to Jackie: make certain he keeps his mouth shut if he is going to make the salon his hang-out -- women after all are paying for the WHOLE salon experience; client retention is earned and should not be taken for granted.
