This is thank you for your firm's excellent services at my house yesterday. I had an underground incoming water line leak and the next day your Service Technician Raymond arrived. He found the leak, repaired it promptly and at a reasonable cost. What so impressed me was the rare combination of technical talent Raymond demonstrated and his high skill at interpersonal relations. For example, I told him I would put the dirt back in the hole but he insisted on doing it for me instead, even during a dust storm. If Raymond is typical the kind of employees you have then you are going to be in business for a very long time. Thank you.
