While my son was at this tutor time, his teacher left out a bottle of bleach water. My son and another child were able to spray it into each other's faces and breakfast without the teachers even noticing. My son then ate his breakfast which had bleach in it! In fact, the teacher had no clue that this had happened until my son told her. She didn't even believe him, but called me to let me know that he was saying this. She wouldn't even admit to me that there was a chance that he had gotten a hold of the bleach bottle because 'it was in the same spot as when she put it down'. The teacher and the director did not even call poison control until after I did and told them what poison control had said. They repeatedly tried to put a positive spin on the incident, saying that 'bleach is only an irritant' and that 'the levels used were safe'. When I discussed the incident with the director the next day, she told me that we didn?t definitely know that my son ingested the bleach, only that he
