Review content:
My friend's son attends tutor-time and for months now he has been overly aggressive. He is constantly beating, biting, pulling hair, shoving, knocking kids down, etc. No reason, just who ever gets in his way, gets it (adults too). Aside his obvious developmental and social issues (none of which have been brought out to the parents by anyone in tutor time), I've been asking his mom if he is getting bullied at day care, seeing that kind of behavior are warning signs for abuse/violence. Up until yesterday, she kept saying "no" or Tutor Time hasn't said anything. So yesterday while she's dropping him off, this other kid, slaps his face as he is walking in the classroom. Nobody did anything. My friend of course gets very upset and talks to the "teachers" and director about it. Apparently this other kid has been bullying and terrorising the playground and her son happens to be a main target for him. Then they go on saying they don't like to interfere and let children work things out themselve
