Review content:
We had been with Suzette for some time, however she was our agent only by name. One of her staff did more for us then she ever did. Last year Adrian (her staff) had left to become an agent herself. Everything went down hill from there, the service is horrible, the new staff is not willing to help anyone and I feel you are not getting that TLC you did with Adrian. We are now with Farm Bureau, Adrian is our agent!
