I have known Val ever since he moved to Vivian. I was actually the first policy he personally sold after buying the agency. I have always had a great feeling about him, almost like a "good neighbor". After moving off I have bumped into to him on my visits to see family and it was like we never missed a beat. After family deaths, Val has been great (Janet too) in helping us keep everything covered, while we try to get everything ironed out. Actually, working to keep me informed of what needed to be done and when. I will always think of Val as an A++++ AGENT, though I know he needs to share that credit with his staff!!
