My old water heater was blocked by furnace piping that had to be cut so the old water heater could be removed because the space was so tight. The technician then had to repair the furnace piping and did that so that there would no replacement problem the next time around. It was extra complicated work and he worked very diligently at the difficult task. Kathy?
