I had a good experience with this company. They showed up on time, they explained everything to me before beginning work. I had two companies come to give bids on both a normal water heater and the tankless/on demand type. I decided to go with Fast for the on demand system. They were slightly less than the other company but I also felt more professional. I found easy to get in touch with and to be strong in communicating what was going to happen, when, etc. The work looked top notch. Overall, they seemed more professional than the average company out there. I recommended them to my neighbor. Max Chin, Santa Monica, CA.
