Ok, where to start. NEVER, have I gotten the type of service from an automotive repair service, that I have received from Crabtree Automotive. People of Albany and surrounding areas, if you are not using Crabtree Automotive for all your automotive needs, you ARE missing out. The new alternator on Rebecca's Mitsubishi went out the other night, and Crabtree got her in very quickly and determined it was a faulty alternator. Needless to say, they replaced it without charge, living up to their warranty promise. You folks are tops in my book, and will always be the "doctors" for all of my autos. Small town, Home town, Personal service again. Thanks!!!!! Pat Quinn
