Review content:
We went into Grapevine Kawasaki to have our ATV's serviced this morning. Apparently they are understaffed and down two people in the service department,( what we were told by an employee ) so we went into the showroom to seek out help. No one was in the showroom so we followed visual instructions to go to the office if no one was available in the showroom. We did, and when we ask for assistance, the female behind the desk rudely told us to wait out in the showroom, someone would be with us when they could. We could hear her and someone else having a conversation in regards to transactions, invoices and money matters. We waited a reasonable amount of time and then finally left without anyone ever coming out to wait on us.\r
You would think customer service should come first, but that was not the case with our experience.\r
It is a shame. We purchased our ATV's from Grapevine Kawasaki and have had them serviced there every year for the past three years. We have never had poor service until
