My washing machine overflowed and tony jr came out to fix it. He said it was the pump. I paid him $175. The next day it overflowed again he said it was the pressure switch. He had to order the part and come back the next day. Another $125 it was still not fixed
Now the spin cycle did not work. He never responded to us after multiple phone calls and messages. Then I had GE Come out and it was not fixable bc Tony jr made a huge mess inside my washer. Now I had to buy a new one. Do not use this company. This kid is unprofessional and rude! How do you take $300 from someone and then not return their calls?!?
