I am the owner of fancy feet pet grooming. I have spent years building my business. I take great pride in my shop and have build a great relationship with the people in the vernon,tolland area.I will go out of my way to make sure each and every customer is satisfied.If there are any problems I encourage everyone to contact me directly so that I can try to help.So when I read the review about the owner of fancy feet being lazy and never being there,and the girls left alone to run the place,I was quite shocked. I am sure this person has been miss informed or this has come from an angry emplyee.I had worked the first 7 years building the repetition of this establisment,it wasnt until than that I was finally able to take my first vacation. Now althought I still put in around 12 hours daily including weekends, even though not open on mondays, I am still answering phones and making appointments for the following week.I do, now take vacations,leaving the shop in extremely reliable hands while
