The front office staff at this clinic are horrible! The anonymous posting left 04/19/07 is correct. The front office staff, mainly Tiffany, cares nothing about the patients only money. The nurses in the allergy clinic are nice and I have no complaints about them or the doctors. The front office staff has cost this clinic many patients. On numerous occasions I have been informed by this office that I had a balance to pay with them when my insurance coverage paid for my treatments 100%. I had to do their job for them and contact my insurance company to find out how they should be coding my visits, then I had to inform the clinic on how to code my visits correctly and re-file the claims. Of course once this was done all visits were covered 100%, they received payment and I had no balance to pay. Just today I scheduled an appointment and once I arrived, I was informed that they would not let me see the doctor until I paid a balance. I shouldn't have a balance if they would file my c
