Regardless of it being midnight, Scott Nesselhuf was able to fix the ongoing problem that their competitor could not repair. Scott showed me what and how he fixed the electrical short in my unit and presented many options that benefited me that long winter. I highly recommend Neal Harris to anyone who wishes for an inexpensive, quick, and reliable tune up due to their tremendous service and trusted repairs.
