Brought my 16 year old to see Dr. Rao and she was talking to my daughter who was not clearly relaying her situation and Dr. Rao was getting frustrated and told my daughter to "Speak up, say what you mean" when my daughter wasn't sure what to say. I told Dr. Rao that my daughter was 16 and she didn't need to be talked to like that. I found her very rude and intolerable. She was not going to see my daughter after that but ended up seeing her because no other doctor was available. I would not recommend Dr. Rao for teenagers, I have been going to this practice for 5 years and I see a different doctor who is very friendly and I thought my daughter would do better with a female doctor. I was wrong. Do no see Dr. Rao.
