The gentleman who was sent to clean the carpets after my bathrooms flooded was very nice ... he did everything he could to get rid of the water and the smell and he also made sure that any where there was a problem with the smell he went over it twice to make sure no mold or mildew would grow in the carpet or padding .... he did a very good job and I will be calling them the next time I need the carpets cleaned up .... very happy with the service
