I couldn`t be more pleased. Professional, prompt, courteous. Let me know if I can provide a reference. Less than an hour later the technician was at my door made the diagnosis in moments, had the parts to make the repair and did a subsequent check to ensure there were no additional problems with the unit. Cold air was blowing in the matter of 10 minutes. All in this was a great customer experience. The technician and the gentleman on the phone were great to deal with both courteous and professional. For any future needs I may have with respect to heating or air conditioning these folks will be my first and only call.
