20 years of playing recreational sports – soccer, running and windsurfing on top of having spondylosis, has taken a toll on my back. At my age it's no surprise my disk started to cause enough discomfort, to a point where I could not stand still more than 5 minutes, and I felt the pain all during the night. I received advice of all sorts, from going to new age healers to getting back surgery. Fortunately, I found Advanced Health Center.
Dr Jeff has a full arsenal of treatment options available, X-ray, nerve tests, cold laser therapy and the Vax-D decompression, to name a few. Dr. Jeff and his team are real professionals and my treatment has really work for me. I'm six weeks into my treatments and my pain has gone from an 8 to a 2 and it's getting consistently better. I have re-committed to the exercises he has recommended, to strengthen my back and core muscles, so I know the residual minor back pain I have now will be gone soon too. I am forever grateful to Dr. Jeff and his team at Advanced Health Center.
