Review content:
When I picked up my 2006 Ford Explorer, the front bumper cover was cracked. No one knew how it happened but they agreed to fix it. I picked up the vehicle a week later. A few days later, the paint started to bubble where the repair was done. I brought it back to diagnose the problem and to set up an appointment to get it repaired. THIS HAPPENED 5 TIMES. Time does not grow on trees nor does gas. In all, I honestly have approximately 6 hours of my time and driven 250 miles having to go back and forth so that they can get it right. Barber has admitted that they tried to fix it the "cheaper route" instead of just replacing the bumper cover. Obviously, they don't know what they are doing. Barber never offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience so I asked them to fill up my tank. They were kind enough to do it once but not the second time. Instead, we got into a heated discussion and I was rudely insulted by the General Manager who doesn't seem to value his customers
