Tried to hold my laptop hostage despite me already paying all costs- Informed me that I would have to pay them $75 if I wanted my OWN laptop back after attempted repair! After 20 minutes of arguing, they returned my laptop to me in 1000 pieces in a large rubbermaid box. \r

Terrible business and bad customer service. Will warn EVERYONE I know! Never again!!
