Review content:
This place is horrible, and non customer friendly. My mother took them a laptop, that had some issues booting up. They gave her some outlandish price to fix, pretty much the cost of the laptop, as it is a 6 year old laptop. She declined over the phone, and they told her it would be a couple of days before they would have it ready, as they had all the screws out, and hadn't gotten around to putting it back. She told them don't worry about, as I(her son) would put it back together(thinking it was just a few screws out of the bottom). I got it later that day, and that laptop was completely taken apart, I mean the screen wasn't even attached to the bottom part(the keyboard) anymore.(Everything was neat but still.) I took the laptop back up there, in the box they gave it to her in, and asked them to put it together, not even an hour later. The guy at the front shrugged, and said if I even tough this, I'm going to charge it the 75 diagnostics fee. Are you serious? She just left an hour ago?
