This place will steal your money. I brought my computer to this store to install a new DVD-ROM. The price was reasonable $100.00 for this, so i took a chance with these people. The installation was done quickly, but when i got home with my tower, it no longer worked. I took it back to the shop where they looked at it, but could not find the problem, so they wanted me to leave the tower there. I thought, ok, something minor happened, no problem. Then the person told me it was another $30.00 to leave the computer there. So in fact it was $130.00 for a working DVD-Rom installation. I argued that this was a backdoor fee they were trying to pick up and after several minutes of arguing, he agreed not to charge me for the diagnostic. Now I knew that without paying the fee, my computer would sit on a shelf forever before they got around to it, but the guy told me if they didn't get to it today (friday) he would personally look at it tomorrow (saturday).
