Businiess name:  Thai Cuisine Pearl of Siam
Review by:  Dom M.
Review content:
If you are a fan of Thai food, you probably already know how good Pearl of Siam is. If you are new to Thai food, give this place a shot. What is Thai cooking? Mix French and Chinese flavors and ingredients with spice and you are getting the picture. My favorite dishes are their Pearl Bar-B-Q - chicken in a sweet, flavorful sauce and their warm shrimp salad called Yam Goom. Order it mild or medium because the spice can be too tough for rookies. Their appetizers are great too - the sauces are a mix of sweet and tang. I love their Thai ice tea and get at least two glasses. Why only 4 Stars - the price can be pretty steep - especially when you consider that there is no bar bill. Get adventurous, try Thai food, a unique alternative to your usual Chinese food.
