Review content:
A few of the vet techs obviously care about the animals but treat the owners with no respect. I was talked down to as if I were an idiot when it came to my cat. Yet, I did not want to be rude so I just smiled and said thank you. I left very disappointed in how unprofessional some of the staff members were at Hiram Animal Hospital.
