I have a Choc lab that was 2 yrs old, that I took to Dr. Carpenter shortly after he had taken over, the dog was diagnoised with heart worms, he said treatment was extension, and he wouldn't live past 2 yrs if we didn't treat him. I found this very hard to swallow. I took him to another vet in dallas and he found no traces of heart worms. My dog is now 13 yrs old and going strong!! Imagine that...
