Review content:
The staff at Hiram Animal Hospital are a dedicated group of people. Brittany D. should look at them in the same compassionate light that they look at all their patients. This staff, like any other, can have their moments, but their dedication to the pets is unquestionable as is their professionalism. You said nothing of the doctors and the care and attention you and your pet received from them, which is really the point of going to a vet hospital in the first place. If you had a problem, then you should talk to the owner, Dr. Carpenter. Give me a knowledgable and caring staff over some hack who doesn't care about the pets but rather the money in your pocket.....
