My wife and I went with FMI because of the initial response and their sales man, Charles Irwin. After that we had a horrible experience and got a very poor product and the crew took forever to complete. They even left and were planning to be done without completing the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone and please be aware that I was given not an official start or end time. And their promise of a 10 year warranty was never given in writing. I have asked for it but was told we do not have that in writing, I will initial it on your paperwork, which means I will not get a warranty on the fence or hear from them if I call. I have an issue with a corner in the fence that FMI is refusing to fix. He does not plan to resolve the issue and is done at this point. The overall experience was a complete disaster on getting a new fence installed from beginning to end. I compare the experience to buying a used car. Your are told one thing about it, how good it runs and everything mechanically is right only to get it home and realize the car leaks oil and everything is going wrong with it.
I do not recommend using FMI for your fencing needs.
