I called a different plumber to unclog a kitchen sink. He told me he got mud on the cable and had to bust out the floor. So, we called MasterTech to get a bid to compete for the work. The guy who came hear was like a detective! He asked a few questions and stood there for a moment. About 10 seconds later he said the magic words, I can fix your problem right now! We were in shock. The other guy said it would take several days and a couple THOUSAND dollars to fix the sink. Zeke had the problem totally fixed in probably 15 minutes of work! Not only did he fix the problem we thought was un-fixable, but he explained WHY the problem happened in the first place and how we could keep it from happening again. I have used so many plumbers in the past and they all seemed to just get in and get out. Zeke was clean, well spoken and it felt like we had a plumbing master to finally fix our problem. Very very impressed.
