I've had my cars detailed by other places before that were only a detail place so my standards might be a little high. I've always been a little iffy about this place but I had got a detail as a gift and said hey not. But the day of I went and read some reviews on "Yelp" and boy was I scared to take it there after a few of those. So the work they did was ok probably something I could have done givin the right equipment. There was a lot of excess wax left over few spots of stuff idk what it is. The car looked ok they buff a few scratches out but nothing spectacular. It's a okay price for ok work. The new lady at the counter is nice the other lady not so much.

If you would be willing to give us the location and date of your service, and car make/model we can do a little more research regarding who was working and why your service was less than satisfactory. Other than the residual wax, what would you have liked to have seen that we didn't deliver?
