This place is an absolute nightmare in regards to efficiency and the customer service. The corporation is to blame for this. (the staff is polite) They have only ONE Orthodontist that only come twice a week. They over schedule the appointments so even if you are a bit early it is guaranteed that you will sit a half hour to forty five minutes after your scheduled time without enough chairs for everyone to sit on. No worries "The View" or "Oprah" will always be on for your viewing pleasure.
If you have paid your childs Ortho work ahead as I did, it gets worst and almost impossible to schedule appointments in a reasonable time. They refuse to hire a few more Orthodontist to compensate for the large volume of clients, yet they advertise "Taking Taking New Patients" Take my advice and go somewhere else.
