Review content:
Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning cleans the carpets for 2 apartment complexes that I manage -- a total of 117 units. They also provide a variety of other services such as emergency extractions and documentation for carpets that need to be replaced.
I have been using them for 4 1/2 years because they do great work and are very reliable.
Not only do they do the carpet cleaning for move-ins and move-outs, but I also have them take care of patches or spots on carpets. Additionally, they do documentation for us in the event that a resident has thrashed the carpeting and it is not cleanable.
With Heaven's Best, the job is always done right. You do not have to worry. They take care of it.
For example, last weekend, when I was out of town, I had a resident call me because the hot water heater blew up. There were gallons of water on the floor. I called Heaven's Best and they beat my maintenance guy to the site and did the extraction.
The owner, Greg, is very knowledgeable. He not only comes to do the extractions but tells us where the problem is coming from and gives us his input on how to solve the problem.
Heaven's Best is the only vendor I do not have a headache with. You would be foolish not to use them.
