After being referred by my neighbor, I took my 2013 Mercedes ML 350 to Master-Tech to get running boards installed. Master-Tech did an excellent job (comparable to Mercedes Benz Dealer) except for a very reasonable and economical price. Tony the Owner/Manager is extremely nice and knowledgeable mechanic. He has a supporting team of associate mechanics who are also very helpful in nature, knowledgeable about the job they perform, and provide efficient service. The Master-Tech facility/garage is clean where I didn't/wouldn't mind leaving the car and pick up later after it is serviced. They also have have a clean and comfortable waiting room for customers who would like to wait while car is being serviced. After my first visit to get the running boards installed on my ML 350, I have made two follow up visits including to get some work done on my Lexus. Each time I had excellent experience and satisfaction of the job well done. I am thankful to my neighbor who recommended me to Master-Tech. I am impressed by the integrity and honesty and decency of Master-Tech, and happy for a job well done at a reasonable price. I will take my cars for service to Master-Tech and recommend to my friends without any hesitation. A SC (A Satisfied Customer)
