WONDERFUL work! We had been without cool air for over a week in 100 degree heat because of the poor work done by a different tech who owned his own company. Once we called Rick, we were serviced pretty quickly. He communicated well before, during, and after our transaction. He called for a follow-up hours after our unit was serviced; thanks so much! His parts are under warranty for a year/labor for 30 days. We're satisfied with our decision to do business with Veteran's Home Improvement :)
