Review content:
I had a bad experience & wouldn't recommend their expensive services. They misplaced one of our items, thankfully I noticed it was missing & I had to make another trip to retrieve it. They are more concerned with hi-tech rather than a personal touch & their prices are spendy to reflect it. They promise discounts & neglect to apply them. Without your authorization, they adhere a bar-code tag on the fabric part of your item to show how many times they've processed it. I noticed it when they cleaned a shear blouse & the tag was totally visible. I was unsuccessful removing the tag because they permenantely heat seal it on. I inquired & they said they could remove it if I returned it to them. When I returned they were having difficulty & asked me to leave it with them. Without my permission, they shortened my blouse & did a bad hem job so that the tag wasn't visible. I suggested that they replace my shirt & all I got was a bad attitude from the owners!
