I had the misfortune of being in two car accidents over the past year with a brand new car. The first time, when I was rear-ended, my car was nearly totaled (if it had not been a month old, the amount of damage would have constituted a replacement). Carstar was recommended by a friend, and as soon as we called them, they handled all the details. Joe personally oversaw the inspection with the adjuster from the other driver's insurance company, and insisted that the damaged parts would be replaced by new ones straight from Mazda and would not settle on anything less for me. They got the order in to Japan straight away, and got my car back on the road quickly. It was like brand new, and it had a lifetime warranty from Carstar to boot.\r Then, one day when another driver left a large scratch on my car in a parking lot, I took it back to Carstar for an estimate. They could have charged a couple hundred dollars, but instead, they took it back and took care of it right away, free of char
